Tim is an independent surveyor, valuer and property manager for Commercial, Industrial and Private properties with over 40 years of experience. 

From 1973-1995 Tim was at Phipps & Pritchard, a leading property business in Worcestershire. He left his partnership in 1996 to establish his own practice Tim Morris and Associates, covering most aspects of professional advice for both landlords and tenants including lease renewals, rent reviews, rating appeals, sales and lettings. 

The practice can also undertake surveys (for banks, lending institutions and private individuals) of residential and commercial properties. Schedules of dilapidation's and condition are regularly prepared.
